About multivitamins.
Greetings from my side I had regular drinking habits and one month ago I took whole body test in which 3 major problems were diagnosed. 1. my sgpt level was 99 2. my vitamin B and vitamin D deficiency. 3.cholestrol was high. rest I've attached whole report for reference. I've quit drinking and working out for last one month. and Plz advice me for multivitamin I should take for Vitamin B and D deficiency.

reduce your drinks to 1-1/5 pegs a day, eat lean meat, avoid deep fried meals and snacks, for vitamin d , you need to take it as supplements.
