Multivitaminin dose depends upon what all you eat , if you have any health issues or indigestion issues or if you exercise and have weakness or fatigue.
Just for natural wellness or health there is no need of multivitaminin. You can manage requirements by food.
Include 2-3 serving of seasonal fruits. 2-3 serving of Vegetable , whole grains and good protein sources you will meet the requirement.
