Firstly the multivitamin tablets should be taken only if prescribed by a physician/doctor or dietician.
Also it's better to restrict alcohol as they do have an interference with the absorption of nutrients in the body.

Gud afternoon, try to not to have alcohol daily basis very rarely or occasionally in parties in small quantity intake its fyn.
