Having severe heart burn and GERD.Can I have grape juice? What are fruits and food good for GERD ? ??

I've been consuming amway plant protien, 3 servings (30grams) of which gives me 24grams of protien. But the concern is that it contains soy protein isolate (86%), wheat protien (10%), pea protien (7.5%). And everyone is saying that soy is not safe for men and that it leads to increased estrogen levels in body and there are other side effects too. Shall I continue taking this product or not?
