Gud afternoon can u pls share in detail if u have any other medical issues prior or taking any medicine excluding bp issues.due to being overweight your bp is not under control.So pls try to follow a healthy lifestyle routine including a healthy carb,good amounts of proteins,healthy fats,good amounts of fiber rich foods like fruits,green vegs etc containing essential vitamins n minerals in required amounts,pls do exercise daily minimum of 30-45mins early morning time or else evening,drink enough of water approx 3ltrs including other liquid food items like toned or low fat milk n milk products like curd,tender coconut water etc reduce stress if u have by doing yoga or meditation at least on alternate days of basic exercises,sleep early by 11pm n woke up early to exercise.
