Doing exercise, going walking, is not giving me good results I need a good diet plan but it should be my regular foods not a new plan & I need to know what Crt exercise will reduce weight & a week fully I do exercise then I gained 5 kgs extra then i stopped doing exercise... how it is possible sometimes I think I have diastasis recti... I dono what happening in my body structure... Its atomatically gaining weight... I am going walking for a month ... But it remains the same weight ... Not getting reduced...
