Hi, Weight loss is a process and it has to be done the right way to ensure it is sustainable and long-lasting. To achieve a considerable weight loss along with the exercise a healthy balanced diet is also important. For reducing weight follow three main things like healthy diet ,exercise and walk early morning and evening. Take high fibre food in ur diet.add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet.add planty of water.avoid oily and fried food.

If u r taking high Protein diet then it could be due to muscle gain u r gaining weight .So that's a good thing... Check ur body measurements if ur inches are also increasing then go for a customized diet plan. You must be doing something wrong that's y u r gaining weight.

It takes time to reduce weight. First weight becomes stable without increasing then slowly gradually reduces. Eat plenty vegetables,fruits sprouts in all ur meals.Include millets in ur meals instead of rice,wheat. Avoid fastfood,bakeryfood,oilyspicy.foods,nonveg Exercise,yoga,for two hrs. Drink enough water,buttermilk. Sleep leisurely for atleast six hrs at night. Check if quantity of intake.. Almonds,walnuts,cinnamon,figs,papaya,gauva,raisins,currants drydates check riding of weight.

Along with reduction of sugar you hv to add proteins too. Hydrate well and make sure there is proper pre and post workout snacks. Exercise will help you to burn calories but if the double is eaten it won't help to reduce weight. Share your lifestyle and exercise pattern to plan a personalized diet.
