With walking and jogging lower parts does not increase. Due u had cycling.or r u driving vehicle too much due to these factor lower part increase. Have proper diet to reduce it. I can help u with that fat loss

What I assume is that post walking and jogging ... When your energy levels dropped you might have taken high energy foods which resulted in weight gain . There is a proper diet pattern that needs to be followed before any exercise and post exercise.
