Side effects of walking

I did walking & little jogging for a month. Now i feel my butt & thigh part has increased in size. Is it because of walking ? What am i doing wrong ?

With walking and jogging lower parts does not increase. Due u had cycling.or r u driving vehicle too much due to these factor lower part increase. Have proper diet to reduce it. I can help u with that fat loss

Hi Physical activity done in a correct way would not harm you What I assume is that post walking and jogging ... When your energy levels dropped you might have taken high energy foods which resulted in weight gain . There is a proper diet pattern that needs to be followed before any exercise and post exercise.
