Doing physical activity any time is good for body. Depending on your time, you can go for walk. But for morning walking, if you missed your 7 - 8hours sleep, then this walk will not be effective for you.
1 hour walk is sufficient for healthy living.
Walking is beneficial for the health . You can walk in the morning or either in the evening but morning walk is more beneficial. 15-30 minutes of walk is advisable daily.

The best time for walking is morning but if you have a different type of schedule and a busy schedule then you can do in the evening also, it will also provide you the good benefits and health benefits.
You should not walk immediately after Dinner as that will disturb your digestion process and will lead to Indigestion.
Always wait for 45 minutes to 1 hour after any meal.

Any time you can do walk or exercise but there should be 2 hours gap between your meals dont do just after eating your meals.
Hi, Walking is cardio form of workout so morning is the ideal time for it, as this would keep up the metabolism for the day. Also morning walk has additional benefits like optimum oxygen and sunlight. Walk of 40-45 minutes about 3-4 times a week is recomended.
Morning time is best time for walking with empty stomach. Evening time is also good for walking with empty stomach. Avoid walk after meal it may be cause stomach. Maintain a healthy routine and don’t skip your meal. Drink 3-4 litres water in a day. Do your body analysis and get better results.
