Hi Early morning hunger pangs or craving could be due gastritis, maybe anxiety also. When you wake up on empty stomach drink one to two glasses of water. A suggestion is soak 8 to 10 almonds the previous night. Peel the skin and eat these nuts to reduce that hunger pangs or else eat a small plantain or half an apple after half an hour eat your breakfast later have coffee or tea or milk Do not have your coffee or tea before breakfast as it might aggravate the pangs feeling.
Next Steps
A suggestion is when u awake do not wake up with an urgency wake up calm sit up on the bed and sit on the bed for five mins with eyes closed then get off the bed. You still need help pls contact me through Practo.
