Lichen Planus Pigmentation is due to excessive free-redicals accumulation in blood & tissues, the result is patches in various places, which can be reduced by ANTIOXIDANT-DETOXIFYING-LIPOSUCTION diet, for which you have to take customised food intake according to specific diet plan given by me. For higher in BMR or appetite, you have to take some initiative to perform customised exercise plan also. Contact me for solution via chat based Consultation over Practo.
