Sleep time dosent affect increase it height but sleeping around 10pm is good for your overall health.

For recovery 7-8 hours sleep is important.. which you may manage your sleep routine from 10:30pm to 6:00/6:30am.. If cell recovery happens new cell division will also take place.. Thanks

Taking 7-8 hrs of quality sleep induce growth hormones. Make a habit to set your bed time by 10.00 -10.30 pm for sure. Do exercise & physical activity on the regular basis. Take well balanced meal & good water intake upto 3-4 lit.
