Hi Nisarga It's good to know that you are giving importance to our India herbs. Cinnamon water in moderation is generally safe and beneficial for most people. If you have specific health condition, consult nutrition before making it a daily habit. Drinking ginger water before bed is generally safe and beneficial especially for digestion, sleep and inflammation.

Nisarga mam its good to know that you are having cinnamon & ginger. It's better to include variety of herbs & spices instead of only 2 herbs which you are taking becoz our body needs broad spectrum of nutrients. Please contact so I can take a brief assessment to decide which herbs will be beneficial to incorporate in daily diet.

Hi Nisarga, Cinnamon water has a lot of health benefits, but it doesn’t suit everyone. It may cause low blood sugar or digestive issues. If it suits you please continue taking. Similarly for ginger. Unless you are pregnant, breast feeding or taking any medicines, you can drink ginger water.
