Walking on treadmill
Hie, recently due to pandemic I have started working from home and my work is completely sydentry. Due to that I have gained around 10kgs more. Walking from my daily life is totally cut down and as I have tight work schedule I probably have less time to excercise or go out for walking so I am thinking to invest in treadmill. Is it ok if I use treadmill for brisk walking at home? Please suggest.
