Greetings for the Day!!!      It is not advisable to do physical activity immediately after a meal, because the blood will usually be rushing to the Digestive system to carry out the process of digestion. Physical activity during that time can interfere with digestion process.      The best time to have dinner is 1 to 1 1/2 hour before bed time. This will help the body to complete some amount digestion of the food ingested. Regarding the combination of fruits, there are different combinations that work differently in each person. A detailed assessment is required to identify your body's pattern and only after that we can give a proper advise.
