Oats in breakfast and dinner
Hlo sir or mam im nri Indian Guy living in Abroad Alham dullilah mostly in breakfast I take oats with milk with adding litle sugarand watee . And in garnishing I add carrot. Apple. Africaan 🍐 pears..4 almonds .handfuls  Rasins .4 ajwa dates nd half plates full of fruits And can I take in dinner same as breakfast... can in dinner I can take oats same as morning breakfast plz guide me...

No oats cannot be taken daily Add variety for further u can just consult

Hi You can have oats but make sure it should be dry roasted before consuming

Let me know the actual serving of oats and milk  you add along with vegetables, fruits ,dry fruits etc Just to know whether there is ample  supply of  essential quantity of carbohydrates, proteins and other vital nutrients + anti oxidants.
