Gud evening is there only oats available in indian grocery shops in malls, there must be other indian food items available like multigrain flour, brown rice or white rice, millets like jowar, ragi, qunioa etc vegs, eggs or chicken frozen one so u can add also into your daily diet too. U should have a proper healthy balanced diet. Yes u can have oats by adding fruits or nuts sometimes either in breakfast or dinner time, no prb at all.
