High Calorie Breakfast
I was took 1000 calories breakfast - 2 whole egg,250ml milk, 2 banana, 1 cup oats,2tbls ghree, this all I took in breakfast in winter so that time it's easy to digest. but now in summer it's create difficult for my stomach. Please doctor suggest me a 1000 calories breakfast which is suitable for summer. Thank you doctor.

Take vegetable daliya, wheat flakes with skimmed milk,  besan cheela, moong dal cheela or dhokla, vegetable idly with sambhar only for breakfast.
