How much calories to eat
2 questions: (1) Should I eat 1000 calories or 1400 calories per day for weight loss. I don't feel hungry even if I eat only 1000 calories. (2) Will the weight loss decrease belly fat automatically or something extra is required for belly fat

But I will suggest whether it is 1000 kcal or 1400 kcal While loosing weight make sure you are not loosing your muscle mass much.

Kcal can’t be decided as per the normal basis. It can be decided as per the activity of a person. And for weight loss it is advisable to check your complete routine and activity level and go accordingly
