Is consuming 1200 calories enough?
I'm a 23 year old woman and my weight is 64kg and my height is 163cm. I'm trying to lose weight. Is consuming 1200 calories per day enough? I'm having protein and carbs accordingly including rice, roti, fruits, veggies, fish, egg everything.
