Weight is not reducing
Hello.. I am 23 (F) and i weigh 67 kg, my daily calories consumption is 1200 approximate with moderately active life style. But my weight is not reducing. What should I do? please suggest

Hello, It is not that if you see less calorie you will be lean or underweight. Firstly Calorie recommendation is given on the basis of various factors. Secondly, recommendation depends  on quality rather than Quantity. We similarly cannot take how much we what. See, overweight and obesity can be because of many reason: 1. PCOD 2. Endocrine disturbance ( thyroid/ Diabetes) 3. Psychological problem 4. Low metabolism rate 5. Stress 6. Effect of medication 7. vitamin deficiencies 8. Bad eating habits 9.
