Sir I am 25 yr male 95 kg . Height is 5 ft 8 inch I want to loss my weight to 70 kgs because I am too fat. But I don't want LOSSING SKIN after weight loss so please tell me 1. How much excecercis should I do to loss my weight from 95 to 70 without excess skin on my stomach. Over a period of one year. 2. How much calories should I eat and how much should I burn by exercises. 3. Jogging Vs bycycle which should I prefer.

You should follow healthy diet. Eat food in calories deficit balancing your macros and micros, take 5 to 6 small meals in a day. Cut your sugar intake, avoid fried food, avoid refined food add whole grain food to your diet, add beans, legumes, more of fruits and green vegetables to your diet, replace white rice to brown rice, drink detox water, increase your water intake. I am sure these changes will help you to reach your goal soon.30 min of any daily exercise is must with this

Hello Practo user! The skin becomes loose only if you lose weight rapidly or by doing crash diets. Weight Loss should always improve our overall health including giving us a better skin. Now for the answers : 1) More than how much , it is the type of exercise that matters. Do strength training, functional & Ashtang Yoga rather than only doing cardio. 3 hours a week is good enough to begin with. 2) You have to calculate your BMR & TDEE .Eat according to your body's requirement. 1. 30 Minutes of daily exercise is enough. 2. Diet is not just about calorie intake, it also takes into account your lifestyle, eating habits, portion size. Ensure healthy and balanced diet.
