As it has been suggested you can calculate your calories as 300 to 500 calories increase for the day and add calorie dense foods alongside weight training under supervision & guidance can activate weight gain as well

Healthy evening sir, If you’re sedentary (light exercise)- BMR * 1.2 If you’re light exercise 1-3 days per week- BMR * 1.375 If you’re moderately active 3-5 days per week- BMR *1.55 Consuming 300-500 calories more than the body burn on a daily basis is usually sufficient for steady weight gain. For more rapid weight gain, a person may need to consume up to 1000 calories more per day.
