How many minimum calories are required for a 30 yr old woman during a calorie deficit diet in order to reduce weight from 81 to 65 kg ???

Assuming that there is no daily exercise,... with a daily calorie intake of 1400-1500 she will lose approximately 2 KGS in a month.  It will take 7-8 months to achieve the target weight of 65 KGS with diet alone with 500 calories deficit/day.  With extra physical activity/exercise she can speed up weight loss.  Care must be taken to eat nutrient dense foods when following low calorie diets to avoid nutritional deficiencies..

It depends on your activity level.Generally 1200-1500 kcal diet is prescribed,which comes under the category of LCD(Low calorie Diet)

Hi I can't tell you the calorie requirement for 30 year old without knowing her physical activity level and her exact weight. I would recommend you to meet me for 1st counseling session through which you will be able to know her BMR (basil metabolic rate) BMI (Body mass index) and fat Percentage.
