What is good breakfast
I want to know what are the good breakfast options. Currently I take milk banana and upma but I will bored with this.  Any suggestions are heartily welcomed.

hello there. you can have oats, bread, poha, museli, idli etc. along with milk. you could add a few Almonds it will make your breakfast very nutritious and healthy. regards
