Hi, my weight is 68, height 5" hence I've started doing exercises and controlling my food.
So I wanted to understand if having overnight oats everyday in breakfast is healthy. And there is no side effects of that.
Thankyou in advance 😊

Hi
Try changing foods as variety is key … Oats is good but not daily pumping the same kind of food into our system is not the right kind of choice.. as body requires variety of foods consisting of nutrients in dense..so all consume different variety of foods in balance with moderation…
Oats is a complex carb and rich in soluble fibre which is definitely a good option to follow but not daily…
Keep changing the foods as the foods should consists of both macros and micros in proper ratios which gives you a well balanced diet..
Have oats once in three days and go for other options as well and choose all foods wisely which are home made especially..
Thankyou
