Overnight oat meal for breakfast
Hi, my weight is 68, height 5" hence I've started doing exercises and controlling my food. So I wanted to understand if having overnight oats everyday in breakfast is healthy. And there is no side effects of that. Thankyou in advance 😊

Hi Try changing foods as variety is key … Oats is good but not daily pumping the same kind of food into our system is not the right kind of choice.. as body requires variety of foods consisting of nutrients in dense..so all consume different variety of foods in balance with moderation… Oats is a complex carb and rich in soluble fibre which is definitely a good option to follow but not daily… Keep changing the foods as the foods should consists of both macros and micros in proper ratios which gives you a well balanced diet.. Have oats once in three days and go for other options as well and choose all foods wisely which are home made especially.. Thankyou

Hello user You should opt for healthy balanced diet which should contain carbs, protein fat, minerals and vitamins according to your body’s requirements. So taking only oats is not a good option. Oats is complex carb so it's healthy but if you will eat it daily you will surely get bored of eating it and ending up to have unhealthy carbs.

Greetings For the Day!!!       For Achieving weight loss, we need to take care of multiple things in our life style. Oats as a food is a very healthy option for weight loss. Yet we need to understand the type of oats we include in our diet. The so called oats that get cooked within minutes is processes and is not going to help much for loosing weight. Rolled oats is a variety that is appropriate for weight loss. Also the processed oats will contain loads of preservatives that contain more sodium. It may not be helpful for you. Also having the same processed oats everyday is not advisable.       Adding variety to the diet is a key to get in shape. A balanced meal with adequate protein, fats and complex carbohydrates coupled with some exercise can work wonders.
