Can I skip dinner for weight loss
I am 25 years old male. Unmarried. My height is 5ft 5in and my weight is 85. I want to loose my weight. Can I skip dinner.? I eat sufficient at day time.. I never feel hungry at night .

No, Skipping Dinner is not good you can take some light food at night but try to take all the meals on their proper timings and skipping is not good, it can cause Acidity. Gastric etc. after sometime.
