Under eating during dinner
I have been dealing with ibs constipation from more than 8 years. Everybody suggests to eat less during dinner and it keeps your digestive system healthy and you will wake up energized in the morning. But if i eat unsatisfactorily and sleep with hunger My mornings will be like hell with bloating, pains, lethargy, dry skin, rhinitis flareup and mainly constipation. I feel better eating unhealthy food than healthy food. If i eat biriyani, milk shakes, ice creams for dinner i feel better in the morning rhan when i eat healthy food. But eating heavily during night and eating unhealthy making me gain weight. I am confused of how to eat satifactorily and lose weight.

Do not skip any meal. You can have a light dinner meal. In no is eating unhealthy food for dinner is advised. If you are having constipation try including a cup of skimmed milk with a pinch of cinnamon powder at bedtime. This will be helpful.

You need to eat adequate amount according to you. Always have millets chapati with the combination of any vegetable and salad in dinner. Eating unhealthy not only make you overweight but also create number of health issues in future.Eating unhealthy once in a while is perfectly fine but not in regular
