Sir /Mam, my office gets over at 6 . I should travel 20+ kms to home .So it becomes 8 or 9 to reach home . And I normally maintain atleast 2 hrs of gap between sleep and dinner . So it becomes 10:30-11 to sleep(my sleep gets disturb so planning to have dinner while travelling ) and I get up 4:30 so . What to have at dinner is my query , I can't have roti , keera carrot beetroot salad because it gets rotten, I have tried few times and packed it (thought of having while travelling ),I can't have skimmed milk too😢
can I expect a solution?
