Under eating during dinner
I have been dealing with ibs constipation from more than 8 years. Everybody says that eating less at night keeps your digestive system healthy and you will wake up energized in the morning. But if i under eat and sleep with hunger my mornings are like hell with my rhinitis flareup, bloating, body pains, lethargy, dry skin and mainly constipated. Funny thing is I feel better eating unhealthy food than healthy food. If i  eat heavily foods like biriyani, milk shakes ice creams etc. I feel better in the morning than when i eat healthy food. But eating like this is making me gain weight and i am very much confused of how to eat satisfactorily and lose weight.

Gud morning u are in misconception it is not showing u any side effects really I don't feel so. Pls dont do experiments on your body, healthy food habit gives good result unhealthy foods give negative impacts on body sooner or later, so pls connect to an expert soon.

There is  always a gut & Brain connection ,definitely you have to eat for your brain as well as your gut in order to sort the health  issues you are facing. It just requires a good planning interms of what foods you choose,the frequency you consume them with and the portions you take.The kind of foods you have mentioned that makes you feel better but makes you gain weight is because they lack fiber,essential vitamins & minerals  hence there is disruption in metabolism to get completed resulting in increasing hunger prangs & body weight changes
