Hi good afternoon,          If you're the person who already used to do over exercises from your young age it might become your lifestyle...but for new beginning 45 mnts of walking perday 15 mnts of warm up and stretches are enough...          Regarding diet start to have balanced diet and less sodium with more green veggies.          Every year once go with master check up, if any abnormalities kindly under go 3 month once health check up.

Good noon, am really happy that you're enquiring about your health at this age, age is just number, your proving that, thanks a lot for that sir, very few points 1. Every 6 months once take your blood test for full body and urine culture 2. Check your urination, if you're drinking 3 litters of water it should come out by urine 3. Prefer only home food 4. Avoid sugar and more carbohydrates intake, reduce salt 5. 45mins -1.5hrs walking can do daily basis depends your endurance

Gud noon ,u can do brisk  walking  or yoga at the beginning for 30mins then u can gradually increase exercise timing. At this age if u want to do cardio exercises then pls consult a good physician for heart tests  in detail and after that if its ok  u can do low intensity cardio u can do minimum  of 30mins preferably early morning exercise is best time to exercise rather than evening time.pls do cardio  exercises under the guidance of an expert physical trainer.pls keep your body hydrated by having required amounts of water minimum  of 2.5ltrs  including other liquid food items such as milk,lemon water,tender coconut water etc.
