Too much exercising
Hi, I would like to know how much exercise is too much. I am going to gym fr more than a year now. I used to burn 500 calories a day. And recently I have increased to 600 calories a day plus core exercises. I would like to know if this affects the mensuration cycle ( I ve got mine delayed) can I continue with so much exercise or should I reduce the amount of exercise I do. And can I have tender coconut everyday after gym?

U need to reduce 8 KGS that too fat not muscle.exercise contribute 20% and diet 80% to ur fitness , health and weight loss. So u r doing heavy gym which is not required. Ya exercise affects hormones which can be imbalance. So stop doing vigorous exercise and take healthy diet too. write me for specific diet
