Best diet and exercise for thyroid
I have hypothyroidism mu TSH level fluctuate between 5 to 15 i got my blood test done recently and tah is 15 and vit D is 26 .rest everything is normal . Got my ecg and TMT few months back that was also normal . I feel tired and exhausted after exercise and i feel muscle weakness ..please suggest how much exercise should I do and what diet should I follow before or after workout

Hypothyroidism may be one of the most difficult morbidity,that effects day to day life....you have to alter food habits like quit eating soyabean and products, and cruciferous veggies like cabbage, brussels sprouts etc. Excercise like brisk walking helps regain metabolism..
