For gaining weight follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and walk  early morning and evening which increase your metabolism. don't skip  your breakfast which increase your appetite. take High calorie  and the rich protein in your diet. and good fat in your diet . avoid oily and fried food, fast food  . you need a complete diet plan under guidance of dietitian ,weekly basis your plan will be changed. contact me for customised diet plan through practo within   one month you will get good result  definitely. you can check my feedback and connect me for  customised diet plan

For gaining weight along with excercise balanced diet is very essential. You may start your day with some warm water followed by nuts and dry fruits like raisins, almond cashews walnuts( 3-4 only). Followed by some banana shake. In breakfast you may have some parathas with milk tea. Mid morning meal with some fruits. In lunch you may have rice with some ghee and a bowl of vege . Followed by evening snack with milk tea.. and in dinner you may have some chapattis and a bowl of dal and vegetable.

Along with exercise diet also need to be taken... To gain cheeks specially try to chew food both the side of mouth...it might help you to gain lil bit
