You need to reduce around 25 kgs of weight. A lactating mother burns extra calories so this is one natural way. Brisk walking will surely do good. Don't go for body stretching exercises till an year after delivery. Now comes the important point that take more of fluids like milk flavoured with elaichi, saunf as these are galactagogues which increase milk secretion , buttermilk, coconut water, roofafza, milk shake. Avoid increasing too much solid diet thinking that you feed the baby. More of fluids will avoid overeating, nourish you and the baby and will help in weight loss

Hi new mommy. Congratulations. Don't worry. You can reduce your weight in a healthy way. Regularise your food. You have to understand how much food you require for your work... Don't over eat. You can start yoga asanas and excercise walking. 6months is good enough to heal. No need of taking too much milk. 2-3 glasses enough.

Hello First of all don't be tensed for weight. Do regular walk. Don't eat anything after evening. No night food. Don't sleep during day at all (I think this the only reason in your case). Food timings should be strict. Eat light food. Milk should be taken only in morning.
Health Tips
morning walk, light exercises.
