Iam taking depression related medicines for last 16 months.to avoid side effects of this medicine i keep myself on regular diet plan.But i confuse about it that's it ok or not so please advice me about this my daily diet plan

I can understand your concern about healthy diet, for getting excellent results in diet plan, you need to follow some golden rule of healthy diet, like taking meal in regular intervals, taking water in interval, doing exercises in fixed pattern & post /pre exercise home made food must be added, which is lacking in your present diet, and sleep patterns or duration have huge effect on long term results. Hi, it is difficult to guide you regarding the diet without knowing your health conditions. Why you are taking antidepressants and the reason behind it is a must for me understand regarding your health. So please share all the details about your pathological reports and other medicines if any.
Make sure you hydrate well. Include good quantity Omega 3 rich foods like nuts oil seeds Avacado in diet.
Hv vegetables like spinach broccoli all Gourds and green vegetable.
Have more of whole grains and exercise regularly.
