Thin, want to get weight
Hi, My height is 167 cm and weight is 50 kg. i look very thin. i don't have any health issue. i take (2 meals,1morn. breakfast) containing milk and fruit but still not gaining the weight. its constant from last 5 yrs. non smoker,non drinker, please suggest what should i do to get some weight. I'm very thin as well as my boddy parts also ,poor energy,stamina. so that i used some protine or weightgain product like endura mass etc then increase my stamina also weight but if i stoped to take the suplimnt den after some days feel same problem so pls suggest me how to gain weght atleast 15-18 kg pls help...
