I am 17 year old My height is 5/10 And weight is 45kg I am soo slim how to develop fat in my body Or muscels... Pls say your advise and give me food chart...for develop muscels and fat... Thanku...

Hi - I found you v very low BMI i.e 14.37. u need to come up your weight around 10 kg soon even to shape your good body. gradually ubcan build your muscles by building abs at Gym.You can send your mail ID to send you right , proper diet plan. u need High calorie all foods like rice, more carbohydrate by cereals enriched bwith pulses, legumes. add good quality protien including dairy, organic, plant. send me mail or by personal chat to better advice

Hi, you must eat small, frequent meals rich in carbs like rice or roti. Add ghee or butter to rice or roti. Eat every 2 hours. Have 2 bananas with a glass of milk twice a day. Add potatoes to your diet. Have nuts n dates daily. Fruit milkshakes, sprouts, eggs, chicken, rajma, chole are good for you. Drink lots of water atleast 2.5 liters a day. Hope this helps.
