I've often heard people saying that a controlled drinking beer is good for health and physique but you should not overdo it...it need to be in limit.
Is that so??If yes,what is the limit/extent.?

Hi - all hard drinks max or min percent of alcohol also matter. It is some how better if u can consume 30 ml to 60l red wine which is too costly as this are some how cardio benefits. over all beer is containg low alcohol but still there. There r instant hang over, high calorie .so for those v energy matter should not. occasionally ,once in blue moon does nt matter still Medically not recommend ed.
