Hi
Alcohol de addiction is a medical issue and you will have to consult a medical practitioner for support. There are many de addiction camps.
To convince the person to go to one is very very difficult in case they are willing to go they need the support of the family who is living with him to understand the situation have to be very very patient as they will become very very aggressive in the initial stages they may experience fits of anger and tremors in hands and legs ( for long this counselling will be provided).
But the addicted person as well as family has to be patient.
