Halo mam - pl.consume call low calorie foods. no junk, fast foods. no street, out side occasionally foods . avoid all saturated. fat foods,& trans foods. involved in activities, be dynamic, can go for body poses,aerobic, walking is better. dnt take too much rice ,rice foods but more whole grains ,wheat,brown breads good. dnt eat organic foods too much .no butter ,ghee,
Eat small frequent meals every 2.5 to 3 hrs.Include lot of veggies n fruits of different colors.Drink plenty of fluids.Take fiber rich fruits.Soups n salads for dinner. Minimize carbs n increase protein intake
