Hi.. To gain weight eat calorie rich foods like nuts, cheese, egg whites, protein rich foods and lean meat like chicken n deskinned fish etc.Eat atleast 5 times a day.Drink plenty of fluids abt 6-8 glasses of water along with juices n soups.Sleep atleast 8hrs and exercise atleast 1 hr a day.
