Hello i am Pratik......My height is 5.6"...my weight is 48kgs...and my age is 17yrs...I eat properly according to my age but I am so thin...I hate when ppl tease me tat am soo thin...can anyone suggest me how can I gain my weight...

Include calorie rich foods like nuts,cheese, lean meat,egg whites in your diet everyday.Also include protein rich foods.Eat 5-6 times a day.Exercise 1hr everday and sleep 8hrs.Drink plenty of fluids abt 6-8glasses of water.Eat fruits n raw vegetables everyday.
