PCOD syndrome

Sir/madam, I was diagnosed with PCOD syndrome in my left ovary last November. The doctor advised me to loose weight. Due to some family issues I couldn't do it then. But now I have started working out in gym in a regular basis since 3 weeks. But I doesn't come across any weight loss. Have changed my eating habits also. I my 25yrs. My height is 5"5 and my weight is 87kg. Please advice something fruitful so that I can at least loose some weight, which will act as a motivation for me. Regards.
