Under weight
I'm a girl. Age of 24. But I weight just 38-40 KG's. Please suggest what kind of food or diet can help me to gain weight and I did lit of medical checkup but it says I have no health issues. So it can't be due to my health issue. Kindly help me out to gain weight. And also suggest me with vitamin tablets which can help to be healthy. Thank you in advance.

Hi, need more details like height etc. To help you better. To gain weight avoid over indulging in deep fried or sweet foods. Increase protein sources in your diet. Eggs, chicken, fish, dals, sprouts,milk n it's products are good sources. Drink lot of water. Do daily cardio and self body weight bearing exercises.
