For losing weight in a healthy and permanent way : 1. Maintain meal gaps: maintain meal gaps of not more than 3 hours is very important. It boosts up the metabolism and helps in weight loss. 2. According to the details given her ideal body weight should be in between 52-56 kg .Firstly she need to have a healthy and balanced meal And avoid sugar in all forms, eat salad and fruits in the daily diet and avoid eating heavy dinners especially late.Also having 2-3 litres of water is a must sometimes our body needs more water but we confuse it with hunger so anytime she feels hungry she should first drink water and then wait.Above all physical activity for 30/45 min in important.For a detailed structured diet plan can consult me through online Practo platform.
