Healthy morning, Try weight lifting exercises and focus on diet. Eating more frequently. Slowly being to eat 5-6 smaller meals during the day. Choosing foods with lots of nutrients Top it off with Try smoothie and shakes high calories But watch what and when you drink Exercise is important
