I had cessarian delivery five months back. Now I joined gym to loose weight.. What all exercise I can do in gym?

Hello, I understand your feeling. But there is one importance thing that you have to keep in mind that is taking care of your baby. This alone is enough to loose weight because it such a task. This is the period where you lactate and need to take food equal to you and your baby. If you start working out now you may use excess for yourself and therefore you may not provide proper nutrition to your baby. Just think about it. Thank you
