Hi Doctor, My wife had a normal vagina delivery 3 months before and she is feeding to the kid. She gained more weight post delivery and she wanted to go for weight loss by excercise. Please suggest your opinion if she can go for it or shd she wait for some more time. Thanks for your response.

Post pregnancy weight gain is normal. Give six months time before she goes for too much exercise as she is breast feeding and energy is needed for that.
She can perhaps do brisk walking for 15- 20 mins a day for first few days and slowly increasing it to about forty mins until six months after which she can do other forms of exercise.
Happy parenting.
Hello
Hope you are doing well
So yes she can go for weight loss but she is on breastfeeding so i dont recommended as for weight loss she needs to follow calories deficient diet and right now your baby needs nutrition so i suggest not to go for weight loss but you can go for lactation diet
Hi,
Post partum weight gain is common among all. Have mild exercise & aerobics, breast feed your child, engage in household chores. Take balanced meals. Avoid outside food.
First 3 years its difficult for women to give time to her health
Kindly help her as a husband in that case so she able time to her health and weight management
