Gain weight after cesarean delivery
Hi doc,i hv a baby of six months.i had cesarean delivery.after delivery i am contunuosly loosing my weight.during pregnancy my weight ws around 58kg & nw its only 43kg.plz provide me a diet chart so that i can gain weight.iv become skinny and dnt like myself.feel so embarrased becoz of this thin body:-(.plz help me out.Thanx.
